1. Refund Window

• Refund requests only accepted within 7 days of purchase
• After 7 days: Absolutely no refunds under any circumstances

2. Refund Requirements

To qualify for refund:
✅ Request submitted within 7-day period
✅ Account not used (zero logins/connections)
✅ Valid proof of purchase provided

3. Support Availability

• We operate 24/7 support in principle
• During high demand, response times may vary
• Refund processing may take up to 72 hours

4. Strict No-Refund Cases

No refunds will be given for:

• Any usage of service (even 1 connection)
• Failure to request refund within 7 days
• Personal technical issues (device/internet problems)
• Change of mind after receiving access

5. Important Notes

• All refunds are processed manually – no instant refunds
• Chargebacks will result in:
  • Permanent account ban
  • Service termination without warning
